Our beautiful new Louisville studio is situated inside the newly renovated Colony Center with historic 211 Clover Restaurant and Banquet Rooms, Lee Robinson Interior Design Company, and the cutting edge Fierce Salon.  We are behind Willis Kein Locks accross from Trinity High School.  Our location sits in the heart of St. Matthews, near the Target shopping Center and highly accessible from many areas of town. 

The Yoga IS studio houses two yoga studios.  Both studios have a very modern look with vibrant purple, blue, and steel gray colors, dim-control lighting, and brand new, lovely hard-wood floors.  We have stocked them with the latest yoga props to help you achive the most from your practice.  We pride ourselves in offering you a clean environment to practice yoga with top Yoga IS graduates as teachers.  The downstairs studio houses are more equipment-based classes, the front desk area, and our retail store.  Walk upstairs to our second studio for our quieter classes and teacher training.  This studio is perfect for learning, with a wet bar, power point set-up, conference tables, dry-erase board, and learning materials.  These items are stored during the week so that we can hold classes and meetings for the public. 

Adjacent to our studios, find our MAT/personal training studio, complete with the best equipment available.  There are bathrooms available for public use outside of the studio.   Make sure to put your shoes in designated shoe racks and store your coats inside the studio after checking in at the front desk for class.
