Yoga I.S® 200 Hour Program

The Yoga I.S. 200 hour program, comprised of six courses, is approved to meet the Yoga Alliance 200 hour requirements.  This program is for anyone who wants to learn about the system of Yoga to deepen their practice or become a certified yoga instructor.  This program will cover the origins of Hatha Yoga, historical and scientific information on flexibility and range of motion, structural anatomy and basic mechanics of lower body, trunk and spine, upper body and cervical regions of the body, and a comprehensive analysis of various applicable Hatha Yoga Poses.  Level One will also include an introduction to the science of adjusting, how to incorporate yoga props, yoga philosophy and ethics, pranayama/ breathing techniques and meditation, general sequencing techniques, the business of Yoga, and a daily yoga practice.  Several of the most influential Yoga Styles and methods will be introduced, analyzed, and directly experienced.

Schedule and Pricing Information:

Class 1:   3 days Friday- Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm

Class 2:    4 days Thursday-Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm

Class 3:   3 days Friday-Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm

Class 4:    3 days Friday - Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm

Class 5:    3 days Friday - Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm

Class 6:     4 days Thursday-Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm

Payment Options: Options 1 and 2 only for those taking the entire course for certification

1. Register for entire 200-hour course at once and receive a $450 USD discount @ $2950 for entire 200 hour course (must be received 14 days in advance)  Each weekend has a non-refundable $100 USD deposit
 
 

2. Students enrolled in the program can also sign up for monthly auto debit at $566.67 a month for six months

 

3.  Students and registered yoga teachers who would like to take a class as an elective can pay for a single class on the Yoga IS cart

     Each 3-day class is $525 USD if paid 30 days in advance and $550 USD thereafter
     Each 4-day class is $650 USD if paid in 30 days in advance and $685 USD thereafter 
  

 
Cancellation Policy:                   
All Courses include a non-refundable $100 deposit Cancellations 14 days (two weeks) or less prior to course weekend will be credited to any future Yoga I.S. Course Full refunds will be issued in the even that Yoga I.S. cancels a course, including deposit fees.
